Benny Gambaiani Chair Yoga

Please join us at the Benny Gambaini Public Library for Adult Chair Yoga. No experience necessary! Chair yoga is a gentle way to practice yoga with use of a chair. Both sitting and standing poses are available. This all accessible prop promotes mobility and balance.

Goals of Chair Yoga are increased flexibility, strength, and circulation. Yoga enhances balance and body awareness, breath work, and mindfulness.

Ideal for those with mobility challenges, recovering from injury or illness, office workers, or beginner yogis.

Sessions are announced through the Library calendar and social media.
